June – developed upper back pain when standing or walking, common causes are from sitting at a pc and slouching, poor posture, weak back muscles, over tight chest muscles, inbalance between chest and back muscles. Most average people have stronger lats than chest, I seem to be different, I am struggling with lat pulldowns, it is possible I need to do more work on back muscles to get them stronger. I will focus on this once TRT starts. This is likely caused by the fact I have made gains in chest strength but not back.
